Refund policy

We don’t offer any returns and refunds on our bag’s orders. But in case of any manufacturing defect (in terms of construction of bags i.e. zippers, PU, tassels, lining, bead word, etc. apart from the Banjara Fabrics), we do offer exchanges. We have pickup service for exchanges, and it takes 2-3 days to arrange pickup once the request is placed.

Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
